Try this recipe…
Into a rice cooker: 2 cups rice, 4 cups water, 2-3 Tbl spoons chili powder, 1 Tbl spoons cumin, 1/2 cup chopped coriander (or cilantro depending on what country you live in), 2 chopped roma tomatoes, a bit of capsicum, and when almost finished a can of black beans.
To to rice: 1 poached egg, salsa verde, and a few slices of cheese and tortilla chips
All gluten free! And it takes maybe 20 minutes to prepare.
